Acceris Communications PartnersSM 2003. Service provided by WorldxChange Corporation™ and is available in most areas. 101-5335 has a 10-minute minimum per call. After the initial 10-minute minimum, calls are billed in one minute increments with partial minutes of usage rounded up to the next full minute. Rates are effective October 6, 2003. All rates are subject to change. Customers who wish to change or update their rate plan must contact Acceris Communications Partners customer support directly. Rates will not update automatically with the introduction of a new standard product rate plan. Business multi-line accounts will be charged a $4.31 per line, per month presubscribed line charge (PICC). International Special Services termination rates apply for calls terminating to mobile devices and military bases. Toll-free calls originating from U.S. offshore territories will be billed at $0.15 per minute excluding Hawaii and Canada. Toll-free calls originating from Canada will be billed at $0.09 per minute. A LEC bill fee of $2.50 per line will be incurred for non-direct billed customers any month that service is used and $3.00 in usage has not been accumulated. Toll-free calls originating from Hawaii will be billed at the same per minute rate as a customer's primary interstate rate. Federal USF fees apply on all service except IntraState tolls. Rates do not apply to Directory Assistance and Operator Assisted calls. Customers selecting LEC billing will receive their charges on the WorldxChange Bill Page of the Local Exchange Carrier Bill. Some customers may be billed by USBI on behalf of WorldxChange. These charges will appear on the USBI portion of their bill. Pre-subscribed customers can cancel their service anytime by calling Acceris Partners Customer Support or by contacting their local telephone company whose phone number is listed on their local telephone bill.
