Alternately, we can send you an application by e-mail or to your fax number if you prefer. Send E-mail to: info@tele-rates.com to request the 4.9 cent service application. This works well for the "toll free only" since the verbal authorization is not clear and it sounds like we are changing all your services. However, you will receive only the services you requested.

If you should miss your verification call, please dial 1-703-857-2335, enter code 3105, and follow the prompts. Record the 8 digit verification number. Email your name and phone number along with the 8 digit verification number to info@tele-rates.com
